With a Ph.D. in Parkour, Julie has learned from some of the world’s best coaches and continues to explore new ways to move and grow.

Her mission is to help midlife women break free from the cycle of extreme workouts, restrictive diets, and anxiety, instead embracing a sustainable, positive approach to aging.

Through her unique M.A.P.S. system—Movement Snacks, Age Positive & Adventures, Parkour & Play, and Strong Resting—Julie guides women toward creating their own fun and fulfilling small but mighty movement practices.
